Fire Safety Installation Audits
Prescribed Fire Safety Installations installed at your premises must be maintained correctly in order for them to operate in the event of a fire or emergency as per their original intend.
Fulfilling the requirement for an annual survey on each prescribed fire safety installation by a competent person. Offering a visual inspection to identify if fire protection systems or equipment have been altered, damaged or compromised.
AS815 – 2012 requires the verification of all interconnected fire and safety system to be tested annually. The annual test shall confirm that all fire protection systems that interface with other systems to function as intended at the time of commissioning.
